At the playground
A playground nearby has baby-friendly swings and John's been hankering to go for weeks. We decided to take a short walk over there one evening. Meredith seems to be like her mom and hates swings, but she generally liked the slide and the spring loaded rocker thing (I have no idea what they're called). For her first trip to a playground I think it was a success!

That's too funny in the swing. Merrie needs some of Eli's daring streak to rub off on her, and he needs some of her cautiousness!
That is exactly what Alex did the first time he was on the swings (cry) - but now he loves the swings - she'll get there...
