My parents got possession of the new cabin at Pigeon Lake on August 30th. So, not wanting to waste any time, we headed there for the Labour Day weekend. We had a great time sorting through all the furnishings and items that were left behind and exploring the beach and the town. We had weather perfect for swimming and ice cream eating and we even managed to share a s'more or two with my uncle and aunt who have a cabin just down the beach. I think it's a great location and I suspect we'll be spending many future summer weekends enjoying the view and the beach!
