Me: "No, it's not. Most things on TV aren't real."
Meredith: "Why isn't it real?"
Me: "Why do you think?"
Meredith: "Because in real life adults are smarter than kids, aren't they?"

I love the way she thinks - I think most people would say that Inspector Gadget isn't real because there's no way a person could have all those gadgets. Instead, she thinks about the relative intelligence of Penny and Gadget :)
