Hiking - Lower Kananaskis Lake

Our first hiking trip of the year took us to Lower Kananaskis Lake. Many of the hikes and roads in K-Country are still closed due to flood damage so there weren't a lot of options. It turned out to be a great hike for the girls - little elevation change and a reasonable distance. Charlotte hiked the first 3.5 km and then got a ride in the backpack, but Merrie hiked the entire 7 km and only whined the final 1 km or so. It was a great day to be outside!
