The backyard

It took a lot of time and effort but we finally have most of the backyard done. We put in a new driveway, new stamped concrete patio, a cedar deck and fence, and put in a number of new plants. John just has to fix the neighbours fence (it was taken down to pour the driveway) and perhaps put a railing on the deck and gate on the fence. It's the last of our planned renovations on the house - after 6 years we can finally sit back and enjoy our efforts.

I convinced John that we should buy the girls an outdoor play set. It's only half built, but Merrie sure likes the slide so far! It'll have 2 swings as well, eventually.
