Chester Lake

It was a beautiful day this past Sunday so we decided to head to the mountains for a hike. We chose Chester Lake in Kananaskis as it's a pretty destination that requires a short and fairly easy 5 km hike to get there. Meredith rode in the backpack we bought her last summer and Charlotte rode in the new Ergo carrier I bought her a few weeks ago. Charlotte fell asleep on my back both on the way in and on the way back out. I must be pretty comfortable! Meredith even hiked for about 1 km on her own, insisting the entire time that she needed hiking boots like the 2 year old girl we passed on the way down. We'll see... ;)
