Pumpkin Cookies

For as long as I can remember, our family has baked and decorated pumpkin cookies at Thanksgiving/Halloween. The recipe is one my mom cut out of a magazine back in the 80's and we've been using it ever since. I thought it was definitely time to introduce Meredith to the tradition - I can't wait until Charlotte can join in the fun too :)
